WELCOME HOME to your clean and comfortable 2200sq.ft. NON-SMOKING house. Stay here in our safe and friendly neighborhood.
STAY AWHILE in a beautifully furnished home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining room table that seats 8 people and 4 in the adjacent breakfast room. The den has 70” Smart TV, steaming Apple TV+, HBOMax and YouTubeTV, Fast Wi-Fi throughout. The master bedroom and the 4th bedroom (King and Bunkbeds) have a smart TV with Apple TV+ and HBOMax).
The backyard is completely fenced in with a table for 6 and 2 other patio seating areas for 2 each.
My home is very comfortable and has nicely furnished rooms with your security, comfort and relaxation paramount. Hospitality usually includes various soft drinks, coffee and bottled water at checkin. Small and medium size pets, up to 80 lbs. are welcome with notice. However, animals must be confined in a crate during the time they are left alone. One medium size crate is available upon request.
Your guest access code will be the last 4 digits of your registered phone number. Your unique code will allow you to enter the carport and patio doors. Two covered parking spaces and the driveway may be used as parking. Guests do not have access to the attic, locked storage shed or a locked storage closet.
I’m highly responsive to your questions and concerns before, during and after your stay . I’m usually available from 8 am to 8 pm. I am happy to meet you at checkin to show you around. Some guests may be eligible for self checkin.

Our Old-Goodwood neighborhood is beautiful with stately live oaks, friendly people and is very safe. There are always people walking, jogging or riding bikes around our streets during the day. Help us keep it that way. Pease do not speed or run the stop signs. Please respect our neighbors keeping noise down at night.
