Flat back yard less than 100 ft walk to the dock. Great Fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, perfect for weekends on Grays Bays where there is no wake enforcement on the bay! Great for families with kids who like to swim: sand bar in the middle of the bay and lifeguard attended beach 2 mins away.
