This property is perfect for guests looking for a stylish retreat away from the city with all the comforts of home. Located on a rushing creek atop a waterfall, the peaceful sounds of nature are sure to melt all your stress away!

~ 2 Indoor fireplaces, 1 outdoor fireplace, and a fire pit down along the creekside ~ Indoor fireplaces are active late September to April 1st
~ Hot tub on the patio
~ Entertainer's delight with multiple gathering areas, large TVs, downstairs bar area, pool table, giant wall-mounted scrabble, and board games
~ Amazing views of the creek and sounds of the rapids from both the upper and lower decks.
~ Steps from the deck down to the fairly flat area alongside the creek.
~ Fishing is permitted on from our property and also the common area located by the bridge (STRICTLY catch & release)
~ Private hiking trails located within the Watersong community for your enjoyment
~ Located within miles of some of the best Mountain Biking Trails in the South East. Bear Creek Trailhead 4.6 miles away.
~ 3 vehicles can be parked down at the bottom of our driveway... there are two spaces under the carport and one in the turnaround area. Additional vehicles will need to remain at the top of the paved driveway. Watersong Rapids is located down as close to the rushing creek as possible which means that the driveway down is steep.
~ Fiber Internet!!!! No data limits and consistent speeds around 150 Mbps. We have the fastest wifi in the area!
~ Just 10-15 min from downtown Ellijay and 25 min from downtown Blue Ridge.
The property has a ring floodlight camera on the exterior of the home monitoring the driveway and front door.
