Positive: Upon arrival we were greeted by reception staff who were friendly, everything was explained really well by the staff member and we were given the map of the park and collected our keys. You have to park your car in the car park then the shuttle service which they provide drops you and your luggage's to your accommodation, its a great idea not to have any vehicles on the park grounds, children are extremely safe. The accommodation is nice and clean, minimal inside but also all essentials provided. All bathroom amenities were provided, all ensuites, bedrooms and kitchen were well equipped. The photos and descriptions did not do the place any justice, it was much better than expected. We hired bikes for the fun of it but also came handy to get to places inside the park as the pool was a bit of a walk and the reception/ car park was quite a walk from the accommodation.
Negative: 1. Our kettle was not working and for someone who drinks 4/5 cups of tea a day this was not a great start, I called reception and complained about it they said they cannot do anything about it? Was extremely strange I asked if they had a spare kettle they said no! 2. It gets extremely hot whilst we were there, they had a heatwave, they do not provide fans and the accommodation does not have AC which was really uncomfortable during the day and night, we asked if we could even hire out fans but they do not have such a thing. 3. They have buggies you can hire for your stay which is a must because between 8pm-8am there is no shuttle service so it was difficult for us to bring back any shopping from the car especially trays of water which we needed lots of because of the heat. It is very unclear and not stated anywhere that you can hire the buggies before arrival. Unfortunately we could not have access to a buggy they said there is none available for the duration of our stay. So makesure you book that buggy before arrival.
