Summary: The positives: The resort itself was fantastic. The beach is beautiful and not a far walk from the unit. The unit is located close to the parking garage and elevator, which was nice. The pools and water features were great for the whole family. There is a little quick service restaurant on the property which was handy.The negatives: The check in process was frustrating. When we arrived, we did not have beach towels or the wrist bands that are required while on the property. It took several calls between the Joan and Nick to get things sorted out.The unit itself was not clean which is surprising given the long list of rules regarding cleaning the unit before you leave. Examples: food crusted on the love seat in the living room and on the comforter of the master bedroom; bodily fluid on the extra blankets in the closets; my grandson walked on the floors with bare feet and bottom of his feet turned black; food under the burners of the stove. Overall, we enjoyed the resort and would come back but we would not stay in this specific unit again.
