Relax on one of the decks and watch the lake activities during the day and the lights reflecting off the water at night. This property is directly across from the World Famous “Shoot Out” Boat Race FINISH LINE. You can see virtually the entire race from the 4 massive decks overlooking the lake. The home boasts ALL the amenities you could ask for including 3 kitchens (main level kitchen has an oversized fridge), custom tiled showers, a private pool and hot tub, a dock (please note: there is no electric on the dock) with 2 boat slips, a swim platform, and a private boat launch only 400 yards away. This house has WIFI throughout, cable TVs, multiple living rooms with fireplaces, a game room with Foosball and Shuffleboard, and multiple dining areas. You will find the cooking basics, coffee makers, a dishwasher, blender, dishware & flatware, a Crockpot, ice makers, microwaves, a toaster, stove/oven, and an over-sized refrigerator

The main (entry level) has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a king bed and they share a jack-n-jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom (not pictured) on this level.

Level down has four more bedrooms. Bedrooms 4 & 5 each have a king and each has an attached bathroom. Bedroom 6 has two twin beds and bedroom 7 is the the bunk room with two sets of twin bunks plus two queen beds. There is a hall bathroom on this level. There is also a crib and pack ‘n play available.

The lowest level has one bedroom, bedroom 8, with 2 queens and a sofa sleeper and one bathroom.

Take advantage of all the outdoor living space has to offer: a seasonal pool, hot tub, private boat dock, 2 boat slips (10’x24’) for guest use, paddle board and kayak, covered decks with outdoor seating & dining areas, a tiki bar next to the pool, rocking chairs, gas grill, lounge chairs, and the epic lake views!

The two-car garage is available for guest use and there is plenty of parking for about 8 or 9 more vehicles. There is also room for your RV or trailer on the grassy pad adjacent to the home. If that is still not enough parking, there is additional trailer parking about 300 yards up the hill from the home. Guests are also welcome to use the community boat ramp.
