You will truly be able to appreciate the beauty of the pond from the deck overlooking the water, and if you listen close enough you may be lucky enough to hear the loons off in the distance. Another wonderful focal point of this home is the unique “see-thru” stone fireplace which can be enjoyed from the living and dining area. Please note, this property does not have internet.
(PLEASE NOTE, THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A SANDY BEACH. THE WATER FRONTAGE IS NATURAL, TO ACCESS THE WATER THERE IS A LARGE HILL THAT SLOPES DOWNWARD FROM THE HOUSE TO THE WATER. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A DOCK. THERE IS A SANDY BEACH JUST DOWN THE STREET CALLED "GENEVA BEACH". ALSO, THE DRIVEWAY SITS UP HIGHER THAN THE HOUSE WITH STAIRS THAT LEAD DOWN TO THE HOUSE FROM THE DRIVEWAY.)
