Positive: The driveway, back yard, and bed rooms are pretty large and nice looking. Everything looks very clean. Beautiful river view. The beach are clean, big wave, there are also a DJ that playing the music on those days we arrived that's was every enjoyable. A lot of mini golf, golf field, coffee shop, markets, ... around.
Negative: The front door use the traditional key that put inside of the passcode container. that's very inconvenience. I have to use the passcode to get the key then open the lock then open the door. it should have change to smart lock. it just like $100. Back sliding door are get stuck all the time. it's very difficult to open. there are an Jacuzzi under the deck with a bunch of stuff in it that looks awful. a bunch of pool stuff are left of the left of the back yard seem like the property have the pool before isn't it? 2 of the trash bin were full when we arrived. We have no other place to put the trash in. Please change the breeze smell for the Air Fresheners. the current smell pretty weird.
