The second floor Loft has a King size bed and is adjacent to a full bath with tub and shower. There is a newly renovated full Kitchen with bar and stools, Dining Area, and Living Room with 54" HD flat screen and DVD player. The Living Room has a queen size sofa bed and a sliding door that opens to a screened-in covered balcony offering the spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix and Northwest Marina and Yacht Club. The unit also has air conditioning. Complex includes an outdoor pool and onsite laundry facility.
