Built in 2003, this two-story, 3600 square foot home includes a double wrap-around deck with plenty of seating, outdoor dining table, wood burning fire pit, briquette,BBQ, and a game room in the garage. This house sits on the water overlooking South Tenmile lake featuring breathtaking lake views from both master bedrooms as well as the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. With 4 bedrooms this house can accommodate up to 10 guests and is the perfect retreat. This property sits on over an acre with a private gate entry and pathway to the private dock. Enjoy sunbathing, fishing, kayaking, or dock your personal boat.
Upstairs features a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, main living room with a TV, master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Downstairs has a second living room with a full kitchen and a breakfast nook.
