Relaxing pool home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our home is clean, bright and spacious located only 10 mins from the beaches, shopping, restaurants, Mayo Clinic and UNF. Also convenient to JAX airport and downtown. Experience our lovely saltwater pool overlooking the lake. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with an open family room equipped with Cable TV/Netflix/Hulu. The full kitchen has everything you need . Each bedroom has brand new beds. Fast WiFi and Private Parking.
Make yourself at home in our coastal style 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. The coastal vibes and saltwater pool are sure to put you in vacation mode in no time. Enjoy the saltwater pool overlooking the lake or curl up on the couch with a great book and a latte. Inside our kitchen you will find a full fridge, Keurig Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Oven and Stove. Enjoy complimentary snacks, coffee, and filtered water. Relax on the back patio and cook up an al fresco dinner on the charcoal grill or flock to one of our local favorite restaurants. You call the shots, it's your vacation :-) We love our town and we know you will too. Jacksonville and the beaches have great restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. Some of our favorites include: Safe Harbor Seafood, Poe's Tavern, North Beach Fish Camp, and Southern Grounds. We are located 5 mins from Starbucks, Publix Grocery Store, and several restaurants.

We will not be able to issue refunds for weather related cancellations***. Pets are allowed with advanced notice. We charge $100/per pet fee. Failure to notify host will result in $500 cleaning fee.
