Summary: The location was great and close to many attractions and restaurants, easy to find. The lock is the worst thing about this place, if you’re leaving you have to hold the door closed an extremely specific way or it will not lock. The house itself is only base level clean and sparsely furnished with cheap furniture. One of the toilets shifts, the bedding and pillows are pretty uncomfortable. The pictures make it look better than it is. The “waterfront” in the title does not apply to any guests that stay in this guest house, only to guests staying in the main house, so that was disappointing. This would be a good place to rent if you are planning on being out most of your trip as it’s not very comfortable or inviting, my friend and i described it like if a college apartment or frat house were mostly clean.
