Located down two dirt roads on Virginia Creek, the mouth of the Creek leads out to the Intracoastal Waterway. Just a short 10-minute drive to Topsail Island and 35 minutes to the Wilmington International Airport.
From boating, to kayaking, fishing, nature seeing, and to the beautiful island of Topsail Beach, this dreamy cottage has just about everything you need to relax and let go.
This home has fantastic views that capture the most amazing sunset over the water!
The home consists of three bedrooms and one bathroom along with a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room and adjacent three season room have 180-degree views of the beautiful water. The basement is equipped with a washer/dryer, pool table, and sitting area.
NEW floors and fresh paint upstairs! The home has the following rooms: Master (King), Guest (Full with twin trundle), Guest (Twin with twin trundle).
There are TVs in the living room and master bedroom with Rokus to allow you easy access to play your favorite movies and shows from Netflix, Amazon, etc. We do provide wireless internet.
Home includes 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. You can launch off the shore right in front of the home.
