As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted with massive windows overlooking Croton Pond. Sit and relax in the living room while the fireplace crackles and your fav music plays on the bluetooth speaker. Upstairs in the loft there is a desk for those who may need to get some work done and also a TV and couch for anyone wanting to relax in this smaller area. On the main floor adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining stocked with everything you may need to cook a great meal and enjoy it together! Next to the kitchen is a sunroom with many windows overlooking the lake. This is a great room for reading or for gathering with a few others to enjoy the view and time together. Down the hallway you will find the master bedroom with a 52" tv, king size bed, and two cozy chairs for relaxing away from the crazy crew outside. This room has a connected bath and a walk in shower with two shower heads. Near this space is the other upstairs bedroom with a king size bed and bath right down the hall. Strolling downstairs you will find a massive 86" tv room and comfy sectional couch to watch all the games or movies you'd like! This room also sleeps 6 people on twin over queen bunks in the nook of the room. Going the other direction you will find the game room! Ping pong, pac-man, and other games can be found in this area and are waiting for a tournament to be started! Down the hall you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom with two twin over queen beds and the other with two queen beds. All styled with luxury bedding and maximum comfort.
Come enjoy the small town of Newaygo/Croton where you will find coffee shops, local shopping, antique stores, and many hometown restaurants! We are about 10 mins from downtown Newaygo, 25 mins from downtown Fremont, and just outside of downtown Croton. Grocery stores are nearby and the boat launch is just down the road. Croton pond flows into the Muskegon River which is known for some amazing fishing, grab some friends and head to the river with a guide and have some fun enjoying the great outdoors! We are located just up 131 - about 45 mins from Grand Rapids. Escape the everyday hustle and bustle of the city and come relax by the lake!
