Welcome to 'WaterColor Masterpiece'! This house is truly exceptional! It has everything anyone could want in a vacation home - from the complimentary 6-seater golf cart, 6 complimentary bikes, private heated pool and hot tub, multiple porches, gourmet open concept chef's kitchen, outdoor fireplace, plus the expansive living spaces inside and out! Situated between Camp WaterColor and Publix in phase II, this house is in an ultra-prime location (you may not even use your car once)! Surrounded by lush landscaping, bike trails, walking paths through shade trees, and across from a beautiful lake!
This is an exceptional vacation home for a large family, corporate retreat (all bedrooms with en suite bathrooms), girls/guys weekend away, multiple family vacation, or a multi-generational vacation.
It is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, beautiful custom designer decor, outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing, plus complimentary board games for the family's enjoyment - this home has everything to make memories that will last a lifetime! Guest access
The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community including the Frog Pond Pool and park!
The Beach Club is a 5-minute golf cart ride or an easy bike ride! Camp WaterColor is about a 1-minute golf cart ride. The beautiful Phase II location of this home cannot be beat! These are large estate-style homes with a quiet, neighborhood feel - great for kids to play and ride bikes tucked away from busy roads.
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
The Watercolor HOA requires all guests 5 years of age and older to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as community pools and the WaterColor Beach area. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher+ laundry pods for your stay
Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Pool can be heated for $75/night October 1 - April 30, for the full duration of the stay.
The golf cart is not to be driven outside of the WaterColor/Seaside communities. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
