The house is beautifully decorated for the holidays. The home is located 1/2 mile down from Wilbur Dam directly on the Watauga River, with thousands of feet of waterfront. The upper end of the river is by far the best fishing. It is located at the end of a private paved road, with easy access year round.
A fisherman's paradise for rainbows and browns. There are no neighbors nearby, except a couple of beautiful horses. Abundant wildlife. The house sits in between two mountain ranges and offers incredible views year round of the Holston mountain range. We have a full time property manager to manage the estate, and help you with any needs that may arise during your vacation.
This incredible home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, 5000 sq. ft, in-ground heated pool, slide, diving board, pool bathhouse and outdoor shower (Memorial Day to Labor Day only), boat ramp, game room with plenty of seating, slate pool table, full bar, bumper billiards, large tv in game room and living room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops (fully stocked), living room area with addition couches, and lots of outdoor spaces including a brick patio area off the game room. Sonos whole home audio with speakers in most every room, allow you to stream your favorite music throughout the house. There is an 80's arcade classic game with over 100 games including pac-man, mrs. pac-man, pac-man jr donkey kong, galaga, dig dug, centipede etc. Guest can park under the carport, and theres plenty of additional parking. Guest enter through the front door and are given a keypad access code, for contactless and keyless entry.
The property is ideally set up with 2 very large bedrooms that both serve as primary suites. Adventure Awaits and the Fly Fishing Room are the two large bedrooms They each have a large full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is another full bath with a washer and dryer by the front door. The kids room has 2 twin beds, and a bunk bed that has a double bed on bottom and a twin on top, it also has it's own Jack and Jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a full bed and shares a commode/shower with the kids room, but has a private sink.
