Melrose Place Nashville is located in the heart of Eighth Avenue and Melrose, just south of downtown and the Gulch, is home to some of the best antique shops in town. Refuel after digging for a one-of-a-kind find at one of the areas many budget-friendly corner cafes, chef-driven restaurants and family-friendly eateries.

1. Location to Downtown is unbeatable. Melrose/8th Ave and 12south are within walking distance. Midtown, the Gulch and Downtown are very close. Cheap and Easy UBER to Downtown
2. Great open floor plan with Kitchen and Living room perfect for groups to enjoy drinks, or prepare a meal together.
3. YOU get a bathroom! and YOU get a bathroom! Everyone gets their own Full Bathroom!
2 Negatives (so we are transparent and up front on what you`re getting into!):
1. There are A LOT of Stairs!!! This house is 3 stories with 2 sets of stairs going up!
2. The Parking Garage is a bit hard to get into BUT there is also free STREET parking!
I highly recommend using ride sharing services in Nashville. It is how the locals also get around.
