Brand new rental! Getaway in this charming mid-century, beautifully appointed home only a short walk to all the fun in Old Town Scottsdale. Real hardwoods throughout w/ two living spaces, office, & game room area w/ air hockey table that converts to a mini ping-pong table. Backyard is a private, ficus flanked oasis w/ gas heated pool (addt. fee), wood burning fireplace, propane grill, plus plenty of seating between 4 chaise lounges + sectional sofa. Quiet street, yet so close to all the fun!
Beautiful single level home on a quiet street, yet walkable to Old Town Scottsdale. Pet friendly for up to two dogs for additional fee, some restrictions apply, please inquire with management.
4 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans:
#1: Primary suite with king bed, closet, smart tv, French doors opening to backyard and pool, bathroom with step-in tile shower.
#2: Queen bed, closet
#3: Queen bed, closet, exterior door
#4: Double bed & twin bed
Hall bathroom located by bedrooms #2 & #4 has tub/shower combo with tiled walls.
Office is off bedroom #3, office has no door to it, but bedroom does. Exterior door in office is locked and does not open.
Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for short or long-term stays. Have a large drip coffee brewer as well as a dual Keurig that makes personal cups as well as drip.
Two living rooms for plenty of seating for all guests and ability for guests to come together or separate if they want to. Living room/dining area has large sectional sofa with smart tv and door to private backyard.
Air hockey table has a mini ping pong table top that can be laid across it so guests can play both games.
Dining room comfortably seats 8 guests with plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware to accommodate all guests.
There are games and books for guests enjoyment. Laundry room with washer & dryer for guest use.
Backyard is very private with large ficus surrounding the backyard. Spacious pool with gas heater. Pool can be heated from October through April, additional fee of $75/day (minimum of 3 days) or $450/week. 4 chaise lounges. Sectional with small table with umbrella if shade is needed. Outdoor wood burning fireplace (guests to supply their own wood if they wish to use).
Parking for 2-3 cars in driveway, plus street parking.
Location - just across the street from Hotel Valley Ho. About 15-18 minute walk (or just a few minute car ride) to all the main attractions in Old Town Scottsdale. 15 minute drive to PHX. 8 minutes to the Zoo. 20 minutes to TPC, where the Phoenix Open is held.
Pool is serviced once a week, you will be made aware of the day the pool service arrives. Landscaper comes once a month, you will be made aware if landscaper is coming during your stay. Pest control comes once a month, we will let you know if your stay coincides with a pest control visit.
All essentials are provided; towels, pool towels, bedding, shower toiletries, paper products & laundry supplies. High speed internet throughout.
There are no cameras inside the home or the backyard, only camera is at the front door.
