The Space:
From the moment you step inside, you'll be enveloped in a peaceful ambiance that invites you to relax and unwind. The spacious living room, with its cozy gas fireplace, is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie with loved ones. Adjacent to the living room is a bright dining room that opens up to a roomy deck, complete with Adirondack chairs that offer a stunning view of the marina, where you can watch boats come and go.
The bright, roomy, well-stocked kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare gourmet family meals. There is a breakfast bar with stools for eating or keeping the cook company. From the kitchen step out to your outdoor eating and food prep area, complete with a table and chairs for six and a propane BBQ - perfect for enjoying meals alfresco or sipping a refreshing beverage while soaking up the breathtaking views.
The main floor also provides a powder room, large hall closet and the primary suite. The primary suite is an oasis of tranquility, with a king-size bed, dresser, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring two sinks, a soaker tub, and a large shower.
On the lower daylight level, you'll find two additional light and bright bedrooms that share access to a hallway bathroom with one sink and tub/shower combo.
