This is a fully remodeled 1 bedroom and full 1 bathroom home with an open concept kitchen and living room. The remodeled bathroom features a shower and it easy to walk into. The home has central AC and heat.
The kitchen features everything you need for a comfortable stay including plates, utensils, glasses, coffee machine, appliances, etc. We always strive for the best experience. The bedroom has a queen bed with new comfy bedding for a great nights sleep. We provide free WiFi and parking. Netflix & Amazon are available.
The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only steps away from shopping and restaurants in downtown New Port Richey. The downtown area which is a block away has a small grocery store, yummy restaurants and shops. It’s great for walking around and Sims park is gorgeous and by the water; it’s only a 5 min walk. The home is super close to everything including shopping, hospital and the beach.
The outside garden area is shared. There are chairs to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee.
