Private Courtyard, free WiFi, Upstairs Balcony with views of the mountain and lake. Modern Amenities, opposite Taupo-Nui-O-Tia college with large park across road for children to play in. Gas fire in lounge for after a cold day on the mountain or lake. Fabulous spot if you want to park your car up and walk to the local pubs, clubs and shopping centre. Nice quiet location.
