The Space:
This beautiful home has it all with the master suite on main level, gorgeous hardwoods and a screened-in back porch with a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the open layout of this historic home where you and your guests can lounge on the comfy couch, hang out in the kitchen and eat at the dining table without missing a beat! Not only does the fourth bedroom have two large Lovesacs that double as comfortable sleeping areas, every bedroom has a connected bathroom for added privacy! The kitchen is fully modernized and stocked with essential tools for cooking, and there are two main floor bedrooms each with a King bed. Upstairs bedrooms include a queen bed and Lovsacs that are perfect for kids or teens! Four full bathrooms make this the perfect home for couples traveling together, families with older kids, or even business travelers.

Our home is centrally located within the downtown district, so enjoy the easy walk to restaurants, shops, and everything Columbia has to offer!
Getting Around:
Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. Please note that the driveway is long, but narrow. This house is located within walking distance to downtown as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
Trash day is Tuesday. If you are staying with us on Monday night, please take the trash to the road for the next morning. Please place the cans on the left-hand side as you walk down the driveway next to the church, DO NOT PLACE CANS NEXT TO THE TELEPHONE POLES as the trash truck uses an arm to collect cans; they won’t get picked up if left near the pole. Thank you!
This home is located within walking distance to the Athenaeum, which is all that remains of two famous and historic girls' schools that operated from 1837 to the Great Depression. The area is full of historic grandeur and charm, and is a joy to take in during morning walks or evening strolls. Guests can also walk to Woodland Park, which has an 18 hole disc golf course, playgrounds, and outdoor picnic facilities.
