Welcome to Casa Buena Vista, a 3 bedroom (5 bed), 2.5 bathroom property overlooking the historic town of Almuñécar on the Costa Tropical.
This private villa has a gated driveway and ample space for parking.
The property is on one floor and has high ceilings throughout, large windows, French doors and direct access to the private garden and swimming pool.
The spacious master bedroom suite is located at the far end of the property with kingsize bed, dressing area, en-suite shower room and large French doors opening on to the terrace and the fabulous sea views.
The two additional bedroom both have twin beds, wardrobes, dressing tables and share a family bathroom with walk-in shower.
The large living room has comfy sofas, TV, WIFI and a fireplace for winter months. French doors again lead out to the terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with a oven, hob, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and all the essential utensils to cook & eat delicious meals.
The dining table has seating for 6 people and French doors leading to the terrace.
The separate laundry room includes a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron & ironing board.
Outside there is a terrace running the full length of the villa, and includes a table and seating. Perfect for taking breakfast, reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

Casa Buena Vista is located on a peaceful hillside overlooking the historic town of Almuñécar and the glistening Mediterranean Sea.
It's just under 1hrs drive from both Malaga and Granada Airports.
The area is popular with foodies, cyclists, hikers, para-gliders, and of course water sport enthusiasts/scuba divers.
The Costa Tropical enjoys a great climate all year round and the surrounding hills are laden with olive, avocado, mango, fig and other tropical fruit trees.
The villa is midway between Almuñécar & Salobreña, both towns have large grocery supermarkets, fabulous restaurants and of course those beaches (It's a 8 min drive down to the main road, then 8 mins to each town).
There's 19km of coastline and amazing beaches with spectacular cliffs and quieter coves. For diving enthusiasts there's the best underwater scenery in Southern Spain and dolphins!
A range of water sports and boat trips can be found along the many beaches and also from Marina Del Este.
The nearest golf course (Los Moriscos) is at Playa Granada next to Salobreña.

Other things to note
A car is essential. It's a 15 min drive to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets in town.
To enjoy the amazing sea views you have to drive up the hillside. The road to our villa is concrete all the way but it is steep and bendy so you must be a confident driver. A standard hire car is fine.
