You will be located on the Delaware Bay Beach area of North Cape May. Don't miss the amazing sunsets as you stroll the beach. You are also located very close to the entrance of the Cape May- Lewes Ferry, making it very convenient to take a day trip on the ferry to outlet shopping in Delaware. Enjoy a drink and listen to a band at the Ferry Bar "On the Rocks" while the kids play on the playground. Walk to Harpoon on the Bay for a meal in this island theme local beach bar. Only 1 mile away from the grocery store and shopping. There is so much to see and do! – just a short drive to downtown Cape May and Wildwood boardwalk. Brand new for 2018 -Immaculate, clean, new full-sized appliances, spacious and relaxing, and peaceful

The house was completely renovated in 2018. The house has central air conditioning and a fully fenced-in yard.

Kitchen -All appliances are new. Includes cookware, dishes, and utensils. Eat up breakfast bar, eat-in kitchen table
Laundry-Full sized new washer and dry. Please provide your own detergents and supplies.

Bedroom 1- Master with en suite bathroom
New King sized bed with plenty of storage and a large closet. Many windows for beautiful sunshine.
Bedroom 2 - 2-full sized beds and closet
Bedroom 3- Queen bed and closet
Backyard -The entire property is fenced. Deck in with a table, chairs, and a gas grill. The backyard also features newly placed sod with irrigation.

All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday

No smoking home.
Linens are not included. You will need sheets for 1 king-sized bed, 1 queen, and 2 full beds. You will also need your own towels.
Please ask ALL questions before booking and submitting payment. You will be charged 3% of the processed fees + a $50 cancelation fee. $300 credit card damage hold will be required during stay.

Summary: We had a very relaxing week at 23 Englewood. Upon arrival I sat on the back patio and watched birds snacking on the mulberries in the tree. Cardinals, Blue Jays, Grey Catbirds and Robins galore. It was lovely sitting on the front porch every single day. We were coloring and doing jigsaw puzzles out there. Visits from all kinds of birds too. Cardinals, Blue Jays and Mockingbirds sang! Neighborhood is lovely for walking. Take advantage of the short walk to the bay for the most beautiful sunsets. Very serene and relaxing. Every room in the house was welcoming and clean. Would love to return year after year. Owner is very reliable and helpful!!
