Positive: A real 5 stars hotel, everybody is taking care from A to Z during the staying, staff very professional, good food, if I pass by Verona again, I will choose this Hotel.

Negative: Missing hourglass shape in the sauna, 5 stars hotel need to have. Vallet /luggage service guy was not 100% clean, this is very important for 5 stars hotel, especially Valet you cannot enter in your car and fill not clean.
