Summary: The property was excellent, Manuel, Gabriele & Pina all responded to our requests.Our main concern was hot water & heating. We had to call several times to get boiler restarted. This was quite annoying when there were three people wanting a shower.A team was sent over to fix problem, lost 1/2 day of use of apartment. Once it was fixed , all was good.
