Finally, we are able to offer a property that sits among the shops and restaurants in the heart of historic and charming Dennis Village, while having exclusive and private parking for Mayflower and Bayview beaches - the best of both worlds! If you know the popularity of these beaches, you know the beach lots are full by 7:30 am! Not to worry - no one can park in your reserved private spots! The home itself has parking for nine cars. Dennis Village boasts world class restaurants, cafe's, pizza shops, bakeries, coffee shops, a wine bar, a grocery and liquor store, an ice cream shop, a myriad of small gift and clothing shops, galleries, and an active village green and playground. The house is architecturally stunning and beautifully furnished. We have redesigned and performed a ''top to bottom'' renovation to both the exterior and interior living spaces. Nothing has been spared and every surface is new for 2021. This large home is perfect for multiple families, the multi-generational family, or large groups. The home has been designed to afford privacy and multiple ''escape'' spaces when quiet times are desired. There are three separate family rooms on three separate levels including a wet bar and pool table room for fun nights at home.
The first floor has the spacious vaulted family room, large eat in kitchen with slider to private, landscaped outdoor patio and lawn area, laundry and mud room, dining room, master king bedroom suite with private full bath, queen bedroom with semi-private full bath, and a first floor half bath.
The second floor boasts another king bedroom suite with private full bath, two large bedrooms, both with a queen bed and a bunk bed (single over double) which share a ''Jack and Jill'' full bath, a second floor family room, second floor laundry room and second floor half bath.
The lower level includes the sofa area with large screen television, the game room with pool table, and the wet bar.
