The villa is situated on the hill above Faro and is approached by a short cul-de-sac serving only 6 detached villas. It has a gated entrance and a long driveway leading to a double carport with space for 2 cars and ample turning space. The rental is very well-maintained and equipped. It is on one level and comprises an entrance hall, a cloakroom with 3rd WC, a spacious living room open to the dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, three double bedrooms, the main one with an adjoining shower room and a family bathroom with shower over bath. The master has a 180 x 200 cm bed and the other two have double beds (150 x 200 cm). The villa has an alarm system, high quality doors and windows, reversible air conditioning, a wood burner and even electric heaters for those staying in the winter. All bedrooms and the living room have patio doors opening onto the full length balcony and fitted with mosquito nets. The balcony overlooks a 10m swimming pool with outdoor dining area and BBQ at one end. Deck chairs and umbrellas for 6 people. Below the pool is an orchard. Adjacent is a lawned garden.
The centre of the village of Santa Barbara is 1.5 km away or a 20-minute walk. The village has a supermarket, bakery, petrol station and restaurants, among other amenities. Faro airport is only 15 minutes away. Beaches and golf courses are all within 20 minutes. The nearest towns are Almancil and Loulé.
