Set in the heart of the Valdichiana on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, in an interesting natural setting framed by places steeped in history like the Etruscan Cortona and the old medieval villages of Lucignano, Foiano della Chiana and Sinalunga, is set La Contea, a wide peasant farmhouse divided into three apartments, suitable for groups up to 12 persons. Visit the regions of Central Italy. The villages of Lucignano and Sinalunga endowed with shops, restaurants and all kind of services are only 3 km away and the most important towns like Siena, Arezzo and Perugia can be reached in just over half an hour drive, so the farmhouse is an ideal starting point to easily visit Tuscany and Umbria.A wide green area, swimming pool and tennis court. A large outdoor space with olive, pine, cypress and oak trees surrounds the house. For the guests a beautiful swimming pool (7 x 14m, depth 0,50-2,60m - open from 01st May to 19 September), a private tennis court and a gazebo equipped with barbecue and garden furniture.
