Beautiful house located between Santa Gertrudis and San Mateo, offering peace and tranquility, at the same time being close to the main leisure sites (20 minutes from Ibiza
city ​​by car) and beaches such as Cala Salada or Cala Gració (approx. 20 minutes by car).

Living-dining room with table for 6-8 people, satellite television, fireplace, large windows that lead to the large terrace in front of the house and the pool.
Fully equipped independent kitchen, with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, TV and room with washing machine.
1 master bedroom with a 1.50 x 2m bed, with TV, bathroom with en-suite shower and dressing room.
1 bedroom with a 1.35 x 2m bed.
