In Pianottoli-Caldarello, in the heart of nature and close to the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Figari, we offer you this charming 165 m² house with sea and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a 5,800 m² garden. End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 75 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, De Longhi coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), shower room with walk-in shower and terrace access from the bedroom
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6: double bed (140×190) and access to terrace from bedroom
- Two bathrooms with walk-in shower
- Three separate WCs
- A pantry with washing machine and storage space
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, booster seats, baby bath, gas plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
The living areas with large bay windows are extended by vast wooden terraces, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the maquis.
The 45m² exotic wood terrace with 18m² sunshade is equipped with deckchairs, chairs and a stone table and stools. The terrace leads onto a large, fully enclosed 6,000m² plot planted with scrubland, olive trees, cork oaks and a petanque area.
- There is a 9x3.70 m swimming pool (private, heated), secured with a curtain. Open all year round.
The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, a 5-minute walk from the center, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 10 minutes by car from heavenly beaches. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market (every Sunday) and a children's playground... Bonifacio is 20 minutes away by car and Porto Vecchio 30 minutes.
