Positive: The pool is a great feature, access to the lake and canoes, beds were comfortable
Negative: Pool fountain pieces and construction debris were scattered around the pool area. Outdoor furniture cushions were moldy. Only one burner on the stove worked. The beach area was covered in weeds. One of the patio doors didnt lock posing a security hazard. Multiple lights didn't work making some rooms very dark in the evening. The Jacuzzi tub leaked to the bathroom below causing flooding. The pictures on the website are not representative of what we found. We did reach out to Vacasa who indicated someone would contact us. No one ever did as of our check out date. For what amounts to $1000/night (including taxes, fees and cleaning) we were expecting a luxury home experience depicted in the advertisement and photos.
