Wonderful traditional Umbrian villa with air conditioning and internet wi-fi. The Villa has been recently restored, transforming this over 400 year old farmhouse into a very comfortable home, mixing the tradition of Umbria with modern stile. The wonderful perfectly kept garden goes all around the property with the private solar swimming pool, 7 x 14m, depth of 1.2-2.2m with sun beds and covered area with sofas and chairs.
The entrance leading into a sitting room with fireplace, a door take you to the large fully equipped kitchen which opens to a sitting and dining room with fireplace, two large window offer the view of the pool. Right out of the living/dinign there is a paved terrace with a dining table ideal for alfresco meals.there is a twin bedroom (convertible to double) with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The last two bedrooms are situated in the lower ground floor, and both has direct access to the garden, both has double beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.

A well maintained lawned garden leads to the private solar heated swimming pool, with high quality garden furniture and sun loungers. A large decking area boasts a shady area next to the pool with sofa’s, table and chairs. Vegetable garden.
