Casa Medina is a modern house distributed over two floors, just 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente, whose crystal-clear turquoise waters make them ideal for lovers of swimming and diving. The property is very well decorated and furnished. Some stairs from the street give us access to the property. The main entrance is under a small covered terrace, and from there you can directly access a small hall that acts as a distributor. To the left of it are the dining room, living room and kitchen. The living room is certainly spacious and stands out for its large windows, which give it great light and beautiful views that reach all the way to the sea.It is fully furnished with three sofas, plasma TV, satellite, DVD, and air conditioning. The dining room is also spacious and bright. It consists of a beautiful dark wooden table and white leather chairs. For its part, the kitchen is modern and comfortable. It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and even air conditioning. The kitchen also has an exit to the outside that leads directly to the pool area and terraces. The pool can also be seen from one of its windows. To the right of the hall are the four bedrooms, as well as a guest toilet.
