Positive: Amazing house, close to the sea so you hear the waves on the shore to fall asleep to. Amazing host, nothing too much trouble and accommodating when our flight was delayed.

Negative: There is an Aircon unit, but we didn't use it after day 2 as the sea breeze was enough. If you absolutely must have Aircon chilled rooms, perhaps not your place.
