The villa is a two storey house with a beautiful garden full of olive trees and a spacious veranda offering amazing view of the nearby sandy beaches Kalathas and Stavros as well as a view of a magnificent sunset. Villa Kiara is ideal for those who are looking to have a relaxing and unforgettable family, friends holidays or peaceful and romantic vacation for two.
Tarsanas is a small seaside village around 12Km from Chania. Close to the villa Kiara, you will find a typical Cretan tavern and in the village, Chorafakia nearby tersanas there are two mini-markets and a few quite side restaurants and other activities, just 10 minutes' walk from Villa Kiara.
Villa kiara is built in two levels
- Ground floor offers an open plan living room with modern kitchen, a twin bedroom and a three piece recently fitted bathroom. It also offers direct access to a garden full of olive, linden and lemon trees and flowers. Under the linden trees there is a sitting area (table with chairs) where you may enjoy your meals and drinks. The garden also offers plenty of room for sun beds.

Tersanas is a small coastal village located 12 km northeast of chania and hidden in a small cove on the west side of Akrotiri. The beach of Tersanas is shaped inside a natural harbour. It is a sandy beach with white fine sand and shallow crystal clear water.
