The duplex is located on the charming Sicilian Island of Favignana, the property is one of the few luxury homes in the island and is built on 15,000 square meters land which includes a helipad parking area available for landings. The estate features a beautiful Mediterranean’s style garden, a swimming pool, a solarium, BBQ area, Alfresco patio, and a rooftop terrace with a 360° of scenic landscape view. Structured on one level building, with two separated suites connected by the central alfresco patio, the property includes a dining table sitting up to eight guests. The interior is composed by living rooms and dining areas, in each suit; a full-equipped kitchen in the second suite, and a kitchenette corner is in the first suite. The three bedrooms, in total, can accommodate up to six adults and a sofa bed is available for two more people. The décor of the villa is in modern style with colour-washed walls in pale shades, contemporary fabrics, and several bespoken furnishing by local Italian artisans.
The home design is created with an historical view in a contemporary context, using sandstone for the exteriors, a typical rock of the Sicilian coastline, and resin floors for the interiors, together with quality washed wooden furniture. The villa is modern, comfortable and, chic, full of natural light which gives a welcoming feeling. Nestled on 15,000 square metres overlooking the sea, this villa features a breath-taking rooftop terrace with sea view, a Mediterranean’s style garden which offers a piece of quite area that can be used for fitness purposes such as yoga, Pilates or TRX session, an outdoor swimming pool a covered patio with BBQ grill.

A beautiful house, surrounded by an immense and extraordinarily well-kept garden. The tastefully furnished house has every kind of comfort. A large outdoor table for a spectacular breakfast surrounded by nature, a barbecue area, and a spectacular swimming pool. The staff is delightful and made our stay unforgettable. They took care of any need for us and was always ready to answer any request.

We stayed at this wonderful property during the first week of July. The villa is truly one of a kind, the space offered is out of this world. The dining area allowed our large family to always dine all together. In one week, we did not have enough time to explore every aspect of the villa! This is truly a special place, and we can't wait to be back in the upcoming years!

Favignana island has great vibe that comes from attracting different people from all over the world, thanks to its authentic and charming atmosphere, blend of nature and unique sea and culture. Visit Fort St. Catherine, in the ninth century the Saracens built a watchtower castle where later the Normans conquered and once turned it into a fortress. Later in the fifteenth century the fort was expanded by one of the Lord of Favignana, Andrea Riccio, in the shape and size that we see today and only recently it was used as a military garrison but later abandoned until today. Biking, trekking, or running are the main activities or simply driving up for spectacular pictures overlooking the entire island of Favignana - 14 minutes
driving and 35 minutes bike ride (2km).
Beach clubs
The island is very popular for its turquoise crystal water and amazing beaches: Cala Rossa, 5 minutes bike ride or 9 minutes driving to a bay with transparent turquoise sea water, just rocks ideally to go by boat. Cala Azzurra, 3 minutes bike ride or 10 minutes driving to a wild beautiful rocky shore, ideal for snorkelling within the turquoise and clear sea water.
Grotte del Bue Marino, a 3-minute bike ride or 7minutes driving in a wild vegetation and the sea water changes its colour from deep blue to light blue, great spot for scuba diving. Lido Burrone, 8 minutes bike ride or 7 minutes driving to a fine sand and is very suitable for children. Easy access and not too deep blue water and the water is blue.
Scalo Cavallo: 12 minutes bike ride or 10 minutes driving to a rocky coast with deep water mostly an ideal place for snorkelling.Isola del Prèveto, unique little cay outside of Favignana at 16 minutes away by car to a Cala Prèveto and then a few minutes private boat ride to the cay to reach the beautiful beach, perfect for scuba diving, peace & quiet with scenic sea view The best way to explore the superb natural beauty of the coast is renting a boat (one available by the owner, on request at extra cost)

The best place to get fresh fish is at the ferry dock (5 km) , the local fishermen will give advice on the best way to cook the fish and reveal some local recipes
