Positive: This is a stunning villa. The inside and outside were immaculate during our stay and the pool was clean and we paid extra to have it heated which was ideal for the kids. The layout was just what we needed so that the kids could be indoors during the hottest parts of the day if they wanted to be to stay cool. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped with every utensil and appliance that you could think of and the laundry area was also very useful. The location was what we wanted in that it wasn’t close to the centre of puerto del carmen, about a 10/15 min walk to the biosphera shopping centre and prob closer to 30 mins to the main strip with restaurants and shops etc (slower in the august mid day heat and with 2 young children). We didn’t hire a car and coped with a combo of walking and taxis back in the evening which were about €3-4 for the 4 of us. We really loved our stay here and would 100% stay at Villa Hermosa again.
