Positive: Villa Francesca was far more than we expected. The driveway is not for the faint-hearted, but well worth the effort in the end. Spectacular views and so many areas to enjoy it from. I was in 2 minds about doing this review as I'd like to think the villa will be available for our next trip! The most comfortable bed I've slept in for years, although I can't say the same for the chairs unfortunately, but I suffer with a bad back. The kitchen was excellently kitted out with everything and more that we needed and Massimo, our host, was wonderful. The spa pools were a complete surprise and there was a restaurant just a couple of minutes away with an extensive and excellent menu. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back sometime soon.
Negative: The steep driveway is a little nerve-wracking, but you get used to it. The chairs and sofa were uncomfortable for me, but I have a bad back so can't lay all the blame on them. Our stay was over too quickly!
