Dedicated” to lovers of the countryside, this bicentennial Provencal farmhouse has just been completely renovated. It is very well located, a few minutes from the villages of Maillane and St Rémy de Provence but also close to exceptional natural sites such as the Baux de Provence, the Alpilles regional park, the Vaccarès pond, the Ocres de Roussillon etc.
Aix en Provence and Marseille are an hour’s drive away, while the Avignon TGV station is 250 minutes away.
Very beautiful residence, in the middle of a wooded park of one hectare, this property offers total privacy and allows everyone to have their own space.
The house can accommodate up to 20 people in 10 bedrooms, making it an ideal vacation rental for vacations with friends or for large families. The house is divided into two parts and therefore offers 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 10 double bedrooms, 5 of them have their private shower room in the 1 st part of the house and are air conditioned and the other 5 in the other part of the house share a spacious bathroom.

The geographical location is ideal. Arles is 25 minutes by car while the beaches of Saintes Maries de la Mer, capital of the Camargue, are only 1 hour drive away, the creeks of Cassis are 1 hour 30 minutes away by car.
The village of Saint Rémy, cafes and restaurants as well as the Roman ruins are a 10-minute drive from the property.
