3 Bedroom Villa with Pool, TV and Private Pool

This light and newly decorated villa set within 1000m2 of grounds with orange, lemon, fig and pomegranate trees is situated in a fantastic location on Costa de la Luz, the last unspoilt Costa in Spain.
Its great attraction is a massive swimming pool that is long enough to have a proper swim in - 15m long! It has a shallow end for the kids too.
Although only 3Km from the town of Chiclana, it is in a rural setting 200m from wetlands that are designated as a National Reserve. You can take long walks through this area and even do some bird spotting.
7Km from the villa is the famous, miles long, beach of La Barrosa (blue flag) and the sophisticated resort of Novo Sancti Petri which boasts a championship golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros.
All this is only 30 minutes drive from Jerez airport where Ryanair flies in at very reasonable prices. Other nearby airports: Gibraltar (96km), Seville (160km), Malaga (220km).
Sport activities nearby: WATER SPORTS: Water skiing, sailing, parasailing, boat trips, scuba -
Novo Sancti Petri. Scuba diving, PADI centre - Conil.
OTHERS: Fishing, deep sea fishing, giant tuna, trolleying - Novo Sancti Petri. Mountain biking - in Las Brenas natural park. Walking, mountain biking - Excursions through Las Brenas Nature Park and Cape Trafalgar. Bird watching - Tours in Las Brenas, Benalup, La Janda, La Donana.
Whale and dolphin watching - Boats from Tarifa. Motor sports ( Moto GP, Formula 1) - Jerez.
Trips to Morroco: From Tarifa (1hr away) you can catch a fast boat to Tangier. The crossing takes only 35 mins and the price is extremely reasonable so it's possible to make it a day trip. My caretaker can recommend a good guide.

Summary: El Abeto is a great place to stay. First impressions were it was obvious that the property was well looked after, as it was clean with good facilities. The kitchen lacked nothing as regards utensils, plates, cups & bowls. It was no problem to prepare a meal & the BBQ was big enough to cook for a group of friends that visited for the day. Beds were surprisingly comfy which is unusual when you go abroad. Wi-fi was excellent as at times all five of us were using it, you can even connect sitting next t o the pool. Chiclana is a nice place to stay. Our impression of it was that it is a resort that is used mostly by the Spanish, it's certainly not full of rowdy British holidaymakers which is a bonus. La Barrosa beach is beautiful , probably one of the best we've come across in Spain. A trip to Seville is also a must being only about 75 minutes away. We thoroughly recommend El Abeto & Eileen who looks after the place can't do enough for you. She came out of her way to let us know that the local electric company were doing some repairs in the area the next day & that our electric would be going off.
