After crossing the garden gate, with an electric opening, to reach the living area you will have to climb 5 steps. In fact, the living area is located on the raised ground floor. At the entrance, there is a covered veranda with the dining table.
The full-view French window hides a large living room with Amura Design seats and sofa, as well as a TV, comfortable to accommodate up to 12 people.
In view of the living room, you will see the kitchen with island hob, induction and gas hobs, and extractor hood.

From the first floor, it is possible to reach both the master suite and the panoramic terrace with a swimming pool.

The Master Suite, located on the second floor, is a large bedroom with full-length windows and a panoramic balcony with a sea view. The double bed (king size) of the Amura Lapis Bed collection, has a comfortable and soft velvet headboard and is positioned on a platform with a parquet to make the sea view even more exciting.

The windows have a double domotic closure to balance the entry of light into the room.
In correspondence with the windows, there is also a large sofa that can accommodate and comfortably 4 people and the Amura Design armchair with footrest and light point.

The large terrace with a precious plank floor is furnished with sun loungers and tables with shading to spend fabulous sunsets in a company. Just like during a sailing regatta, from a convenient door, you can retract the retractable shower and thus cool off.
