Take a very short walk from the beach to reach this private villa. Set in its own well kept gardens, full of bougainvillea, and ready for you to enjoy your holiday. There are four bedrooms, two double and two single, and two bathrooms with showers making it perfect for a family. The large open plan living/dining room has patio doors leading out to the large terrace. there a second terrace at the side of the house that is shaded by the trees so is perfect for relaxing or dining. The fully fitted kitchen has all the appliances and equipment you will need for your holiday. Taking the spiral staircase you will find a large second sitting room, with a sofa-bed. The wraparound terrace is perfect for relaxing on the sunbeds or enjoying your evening cocktails.
Being so close to the small beach at Tersanas one could have a swim before breakfast or anytime of the day. If you want sunbeds to relax on these can be found just a little further on, at the main beach. There is a snack bar on the main beach and a taverna just a couple of minutes walk.
The village of Chorafakia is a five minute drive and there you can find a small supermarket, which brings fresh bread daily, a small cafe and a couple of places to eat.
Being situated on the Akrotiri means it is a short drive, no more than 15 minutes, to the villa from Chania International airport. The Venetian city of Chania is about a 40 minute drive. The beaches of Stavros and Kalathas are not more than ten minutes by car. There are more places to eat than you could possibly manage, from beach-side fish tavernas to restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine.
