Enjoy views of Delaware bay and walk to the beach which is only one house away. Entire house newly refurnished. Plenty of room to relax.
3 bedroom contemporary style home with open living room, kitchen and dining room all with views of the water and beach. Living room with a queen sleeper.
Second floor balcony/loft overlooks the living area and has spectacular view of the Bay. Second floor den with queen sleeper and TV.
Second floor Master bedroom has king bed and water view. New master bath 2016 with laundry.
first floor has 2 additional bedrooms one with an extra long full size bed and one with a queen. First floor full bath with double vanity.
Weekly stays only during July and August.

Summary: House was spacious and clean. Great location and short walk to the beach. Disappointed the listing indicated bikes and kayaks but they were not on-site. Slight musty smell coming up from the basement.
