Grand 2-story living with incredible views and infinity pool. The kitchen and living room have been outfitted with panoramic windows and glass doors that flood the interior with natural light. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset as you sit in front of the fire in your living room, family room or while dining. The custom designed kitchen is a chef’s dream with an abundance of crisp, solid wood cabinetry, granite counters, premium grade Dacor appliances, and a large center island illuminated by pendant lighting. An additional bathroom with pool access features a toilet and shower. Upstairs boasts two large bedrooms with walk-in closets and individual bathrooms. One upstairs bedroom has one queen and one upstairs bedroom has two queen beds. The main floor office has a fireplace and queen sofa sleeper. The couches in living room and theater room are also available to sleep on. (The separate one-bedroom attached guesthouse may be available and may be occupied with no common shared amenities except parking, front steps and gate entrance.) Family room has THX certified surround sound system. Whole house sound system. Outdoor Video surveillance system helps to ensure guest safety. Fully equipped Fitness Room, Edgeless pool, spa and hot sauna -Koi fish pond -Separate fountain -Outdoor BBQ kitchen with full size wood burning pizza oven -Enclosed courtyard 23 miles to downtown San Diego, 15 miles to Torrey pines beach. No loud music no parties (no parties or shindigs for fiestas . don’t exceed max occupancy).
