Summary: The condo is much nicer than the pictures show. very pleasantly surprised. It is located very close to Carrboro which is a fun little town. It is also walking distance from the Bolin Creek Trail for running and hiking. There is also a free bus which stops in the condo complex which runs to downtown Chapel Hill. The condo complex is quiet and has tennis courts. The beds were comfortable but you might want to bring your own pilllows which is pretty standard for rentals. The cons were there was not much toliet paper and no soap in the showers. However I contacted the management and they brought some over. after we had been to the store to get some. The water pressure in the shower is good. The internet wifi- no problems. I would rent and stay here again.
