Very beautiful and large Mallorcan house for 8 people. Has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large living room - dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and pantry, terrace by the pool, and 2 other terraces upstairs facing east and west equipped with comfortable deckchairs. Large swimming pool not overlooked, with its outdoor furniture, shaded terrace with dining table for 8 people on 400 m2 garden with barbecue area. Vegetable garden with aromatic herbs.
The house is equipped with TV, WIFI, DVD, satellite, washing machine, dishwasher, central heating and fireplace. Towels and sheets are provided.

Summary: When we arrived we immediately noticed the building site directly next to the property. It has a half built house on it, with a big pile of rubble right next to the property. When we were there the building work was not active. The property itself was very clean, and Corinne (the property manager) was very friendly and approachable. There was a local wine in the fridge to welcome us, and there were various herbs, cooking oils, vinegars, and larder items to use should we choose to. The pool area was superb, and the photos of the pool area don’t really do it justice. It goes very deep, very quickly, which makes the pool feel big and spacious when you are swimming in it. The kitchen is tired. The over hob fan didn’t work. The oven had no temperature settings on it (they had worn off). The fridge seemed very old and even though we had the temperature on the highest refridgeration setting, it still didn’t seem to keep things that cool. (In fact some chicken we stored in the fridge went off before the date). The BBQ area besides the house where the decking that the table and chairs sit on, is rotten, and some of the planks are broken, nearly all of the planks moved if you stepped on them. Corinne kindly put down mats all around the area, however, we still didn’t feel it made the area any safer. We had elderly parents in our group visiting, and we had concerns that they would fall on the unsteady flooring. The rooms themselves are as the photos show, as are the bathrooms. There are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the area, we did suggest that the property could benefit from mosquito netting across the shutters, to further protect from mosquitoes getting in. We did note that the property came with a large number of electric anti-mosquito plug-ins. The property is in a great location, very near to the sea. There’s a lovely rocky area within a minute or twos walk, directly on the sea, and our son did a lot of snorkelling around there. The village itself is lovely, not too touristy, and has a good sandy beach and restaurants overlooking the beach and the sea. It also has a couple of well stocked small supermarkets.
