Very large community swimming pool accessible all year round, also with a children's section. The calm and beauty of the neighborhood make it a must. 4 golf courses within 10 minutes by car (Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor and Villamartin). La Fuente shopping center 3 minutes away with Aldi, Mercadona stores, more than 20 restaurants, cafes and pubs, pharmacy, vinotheque, baker etc...
