Summary: Fantastic location in the heart of Calella, wonderful apartment, beautiful beaches, great restaurants, lovely walking and cycling. Communication with Property Manager (Corredor Mato) was very disappointing for a property in this price bracket, as they do not want phone calls (our literature stated a eur 300 penalty for making an out of hours phone call which they deem to be non-urgent - ridiculous), they don't offer any number for WhatsApp or texts, and it doesn't help that you are restricted to office hours and the agency is closed the whole of Sunday and Monday, the first two days after we arrived. We did raise some items (broken patio door lock, broken balcony sunshade) with the agency, and they were fixed within a few days, but the contact with the agency was painful, with several farcical excuses were given, including that it was a holiday period and that they had a lot of properties to manage. Cleanliness almost OK but clearly not being managed sufficiently by the agency.
