The villa CAMAKINI is a spacious and beautiful villa on the hillside (300 meters above sea level) which allows to offer a 180 ° panoramic view of the sea and the Torre Del Mar valley. It is located in the hills above the coastal village of CALETA DE VELEZ and is built on private wooded grounds of more than 5500m2. (olive, almond, palm, etc.)

The villa consists of a very large open space consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen all overlooking a covered terrace adjacent to the pool.
In the south-east wing you will find a master suite with large private bathroom. The suite gives direct access to the beach of the pool and allows to have a view of the sea and the valley and the seaside resort of TORRE DEL MAR
The south-west wing consists of two large bedrooms with wardrobes, a beautiful bathroom and separate toilet.
All rooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning, TV in every room and wifi.
All bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds of 1x2 m which are assembled in 2x2 m. Possibility to separate them.
The villa also has all possible appliances (several coffee maker fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, BBQ WEBER, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board etc.).
The villa has a covered terrace with an area of 30 m2 which guarantees a shaded area at any time of the day and any season.
The pool has a dimension of 8 x 5 + stairs (the night lighting is blue). The beach of the swimming pool is of beautiful size which allows you easily to have the six transat according to your desires. You also have a very large umbrella. The most enjoyable being to continue to enjoy the view even when you are in the pool.
The place is particularly recommended for people wanting to rest in the wild without cutting themselves off from cosmopolitan life. The lively seaside resorts are about twenty minutes by car.
For fans of golf a walk (BAVIERA GOLF) is located just at the foot of the hill (between Caleta De Velez and the villa: it takes 15 to 20 minutes to access).

kms, Nerja 22 kms, Lake Vinuela 25 kms etc.
The Costa Del Sol is an area where it is good to live permanently more than 300 days of sunshine a year and even once arrived at the villa in full month of July / August you will not have the sensation of heat (from its location) that you can have in the seaside resorts.
